Heavenly Palace is a unit of Dream and Beauty Charitable Trust. It has a services handling wing to cater for housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Laundry, parking facility, cleaning of room, change of bed linen, folding of clothes, Recreational facilities i.e. Indoor games, home theatre, Meditation Hall, Library, Yoga Centre, Basic medical requirements, High speed Wi-Fi facility, 24x7 power backup. Food & accommodation is provided at no cost by the Trust. There is a requirement of documents before joining so attaching the list along with my e-mail .To get timely updates from us you can simply search “Heavenly Palace” on facebook and youtube. Kindly see below to know about service charges.
(a) A refundable security For Peace Bhawan (Fully Furnished Single independent Room) is Rs.2 Lac for double occupancy. The service provider wing charges you Rs. 22,000/ + Ac/Heater charges for couple per month  respectively.
(b) A refundable security For Harmony  Bhawan (Again fully furnished quite better single Independent room) of Rs. 2 Lac for single & double both occupancies. The service provider wing charges you Rs. 27,500/ + electricity charges for couple per month  respectively.
(c) A refundable security For Harmony Bhawan (Suites) is  Rs. 3 Lac for single and double both occupancies. The service provider wing charges you  Rs. 36,300/ + Electricity charges for couple per month  respectively.

Minimum stay period is 6 months in 12 months where 3 months at a stretch period and rest 3 months can be completed in 9 months out of 12 total months. 2.       Heavenly Palace, as the name denotes, is the most celebrated senior citizen home in India located at Doraha, Punjab. 
3.       Heavenly Palace is the home away from home for the Senior Citizens wishing to live a full, worry-free life in their retirement years, in a serene atmosphere, where one can commune with nature. Heavenly Palace is a premier lifestyle option that makes aging a real privilege.

4.       This premier and bountiful retirement home in India is spread over a magnificent 14-acre campus. This architected home provides an idealistic retirement life to senior citizens. Heavenly Palace embodies a complete living setup specially designed for senior citizens.

5.      Heavenly Palace has 320 accommodation rooms- single & suites, hygienic dining facilities, 24x7 health-care advantage, multiple entertainment options, spiritual growth centers, round-the- clock security and a service oriented team of Elder-Care Professionals.

6.      Campus has a physiotherapy centre with a qualified Doctor.  A gym for residents is likely to open very soon. A physiotherapy centre is also formed to make the residents fit and a gym is also shaping up for the residents very soon.

Accommodation/Rooms:

7.       The Residents’ Block -1 (Peace Bhawan) has 200 accommodation rooms, which are fully-furnished rooms with attached bathrooms, akin to a multi-starred hotel. Another Resident’s Block 2 (Harmony Bhawan) with 66 single & 54 suites are furnished with state of art interior decoration. A few of them will be ready soon.

8.       The rooms are fully equipped with LCD TV, personal Godrej Electronic Safe, large storage Closet, mini-fridge, tea kettle with dry milk pouches, sugar cubes & biscuits etc.

9.       As one enters the Residents’ Blocks, the lobby comes across as a spectacular architectural marvel having luxurious seating arrangements, wall mounted LCD, tower AC and the ambience of which is enhanced by painted window glasses.

Auditorium/Meeting/Entertainment Centre:

Indoor Leisure’s:

3.       24/7 Medical Support:

(a)     Round the clock in-house basic medical facilities are available to all the residents.

(b)     Regular medical check-ups of resident’s viz., BP/ Sugar by qualified doctors. A qualified staff nurse and Doctor is also available throughout the day.

(c)     24/7 Ambulance service is available for the residents. Renowned Hospitals Namely DMC & Fortis Hospital, Ludhiana are within the reach of our residents.

(d)     We also have tie-up with the nearest Hospital named “Sidhu Hospital which is on 5 minutes reach from Heavenly Palace. We also have tie up with Fortis Hospital, Ludhiana.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE COLLECTED FROM USER / HEIRS/ WITNESS
Guidelines for Documents Required
Important points:
1.       Copies of all documents submitted by applicants should be self-attested.
2.       The copies of all documents should be accompanies by original for verification and the person verifying should certify that the original has been produced before him/her and verified.
3.       In case the original of any document is not produced for verification then the copies should be properly attested by a gazetted officer/ bank manager, MLA or a Notary Public.
4.        Further, if any proof of identity or address is in a foreign language, then translation in to English is required.
Proof of Identity: (Any One)
1. Permanent Account Number (PAN) card
2. Credit Card carrying photograph
3. Any other document carrying photograph of resident as per list of documents admissible as proof of address.
 Proof of Address: 
List of documents admissible as Proof of Address:
(Any two out of 1 to 6, if only one is available then additional one out of 7 to 10)
1.  Passport
2.  Voters Identity Card
3.  Ration Card
4.  Registered Lease/ Sale Agreement of Residence
5.   Aadhar Card /Smart Card/ Unique ID Card
6.  Driving License
(Documents having an expiry date should be valid on the date of submission)
7. Utility bills - Telephone Bill (only land line), Electricity bill, Gas bill - Not more than 6 months old    
8. Demat Account Statement -- Not more than 6 months old
9. Bank Account Statement / Passbook -- Not more than 6 months old
10. Proof of address issued by Bank Managers of Scheduled Commercial Banks/ Scheduled Co- Operative Bank/ Multinational Foreign Banks/ Gazetted Officer/ Notary public/ Electedrepresentatives to the Legislative Assembly/ Parliament/ Documents issued by any Govt. or Statutory Authority.
Proof of Income and Resources: 
- Pensioner – Proof of pension
- Income from Other sources (Any One)
Ø  Solvency Certificate from Banker – Detailing list of deposits
Ø  Net worth Certificate issued by a CA along with copies of Investments
Ø  Copy of last 6 months Bank Statement
Proof of Medical Fitness: 
- Fitness Certificate from a qualified MBBS Doctor.
Required Test reports are:-
X-Ray Chest, CBC, ECG, RFT/ LFT, RBS, WBC, RBC, LIPID PROFILE, BLOOD SUGAR, BLOOD GROUP or other medical reports (if having any disease).
- Medical History
Notes:
Ø  If correspondence & permanent address are different then proof for the both hasto be submitted.
Ø  Non-Resident Indian: Submission of passport copy is mandatory. (Relevantpages of passport having details of Name, Photo, Date of Birth, Validity date and Address should be submitted).  Also in case of NRI, overseas address is mandatory. (Out of permanent & correspondence address, one address must be that of overseas)
Ø  Foreign nationals are not allowed to apply, except persons within the definitionof “Resident” as per FEMA rules or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO).  In such cases appropriate proof must be obtained. 
Ø  In case of “Care of Address”, proper supporting documents must be obtainedsuch as relationship proof or lease/leave license agreement. Otherwise “Care of Address “in the name of third person / company is not acceptable. 
  
Guidelines for Verification:
 A: IDENTITY DETAILS:
Name – The name in the application form should match with the namementioned in the PAN card.
Father’s Name – Father’s name should be provided for married women also.
Date of Birth – DOB should be provided in dd/mm/yyyy format only.
Nationality – Nationality should be provided in the space provided.
Status – The status of individual can be either Resident Indian (RI) or Non Resident Indian (NRI).
If there is a major mismatch in the name appearing in the Identity proof and name mentioned in the Form then the Resident should submit one additionaldocument as proof of identity from thepermissible list of document for proofof identity.
B: ADDRESS DETAILS:      
Self attested copy of Proof of Address should be verified with the original. If original copy of documents has not been submitted for verification then Notarized/ True copy of the same should be submitted in original & not the photocopy/is. 
The proof of address should be on A4 paper size only and one-sided copy.
If correspondence & permanent address are different then proof for the    both are required.Take care to obtain all the relevant pages of POA where name & address are appearing on separate pages.
C: REFERENCES- SPONSORER and WITNESSES
Identity& Address Proof to be obtained on parameters mentioned above and details & signatures of both to be taken in reference and witness column respectively.
-          SPONSORER– In addition to above documents Income Proof / Bank Statement is required
-          NOMINEE – Name / Address, Contact Details and E Mail IDs to be filled

D: OTHER DETAILS:
Signature
Signature has to be provided within the space specified in the application form. Black Ink should be preferred for signing the application form. Signature should be bank attested in case of thoseDRASTICALLY vary from proof submitted.
Photograph
Two recent colour photographs should be pasted (not stapled) at the specified region in the Admission form and Personal Detail Sheet. The photograph should match with photograph on Proof of Identity document provided by the Resident.
The applicant has to sign across the photograph and the signature should match with the signature on the application form.
